1. Services
OutboundX provides done-for-you cold email infrastructure and outbound management services. Our services include domain setup, inbox configuration, lead sourcing, email copywriting, campaign management, and reporting. The specific scope of services is defined in the agreement between OutboundX and each client.
2. Results disclaimer
While we work diligently to generate the best possible outcomes, results vary based on factors including industry, offer quality, pricing, and market conditions. Metrics shown on our website are example outcomes and are not guarantees of specific results for any individual client.
3. Payment terms
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly management fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Infrastructure costs (domains, inboxes, tools) may vary based on campaign volume and are billed separately as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Cancellation
Monthly management services can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle with 14 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Upon cancellation, we will provide a complete handoff of all infrastructure, accounts, and documentation.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, offer, and ideal client profile. Clients must also provide timely access to their calendar for booking and respond to our requests for feedback and approval within reasonable timeframes.
6. Compliance
OutboundX operates in compliance with applicable email marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR where applicable. We send business-to-business communications only and maintain proper unsubscribe mechanisms in all outbound campaigns.
7. Limitation of liability
OutboundX liability is limited to the fees paid by the client during the month in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
